That my personal passwords into the Students Corner is not to be shared with any other person, entity, or company.  Further, I understand that if Logistics Training Systems discovers or suspects through any means that someone other than myself, as the registered student, is using, has used or may use my passwords, Logistics Training Systems reserves the right to immediately terminate my access to any online material without notice and may deny me further access to courses or seminars. I understand that my passwords are good for one semester or from the day I receive my study materials until the day of that semester's exam, either April or October. That all Programs including, but not limited to, Textbook, Workbook, CD, and Reference Material have been Copyrighted by Logistics Training Systems, Inc. and that all intellectual property rights are owned by Logistics Training Systems, Inc. and are protected by United States Copyright Laws, other applicable copyright laws, and international treaty provisions. That Logistics Training Systems, Inc. retains all rights which are not expressly granted.

Payment must be received in full and personal checks cleared before any materials will be sent out. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.
